RX



The Lexus RX is a luxury crossover SUV which was first unveiled in 1997. In most parts of the globe, including North America and Europe, the second generation of the RX, the Lexus RX Series (RX 300, RX 330 and RX 350) was first introduced in 2003. In other parts of the world it is sold under the name Toyota Harrier. In 2004 the RX hybrid, RX 400h was introduced. The same year, the RX 330 was improved and re-launched for 2007. This re-launched and current model of the RX, now RX 350, comes in all wheel drive and four wheel drive.

The RX 350 AWD has 3.5 liter V6 engine which produces 270 hp at 6,200 rpm and 251 lb/ft of torque at 4,700 rpm. It has Dual Variable Valve Timing with intelligence (VVT-i), compression ration of 10.8:1and Ultra-Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV II). It can accelerate from 0 - 60 mph at 7.4 sec and has Top Track Speed of 112 (electronically limited). Its Aerodynamic Drag Coefficient is 0.35. Its max towing is 3,500 lb or 1,588 kg.
