BMW E92 3 series Specs & Information


In production since late 2006 BMW s e92 coupe debuted on the us market as a 2007 model. The new 3 series BMW coupe is one of the best designs from the company.

Several different versions offered for sale including a hardtop convertible. The new coupe is offered with the 2.8 liter inline six as 328 and the 335i 3.0 inline six twin turbo engine. The 335i cost significantly more than its lower powered sibling but for the ultimate fun you cannot go wrong paying the extra money.

The dimensions of this new BMW coupe are different from the E90 sedan version, its slightly longer and narrower. Both offer the same equipment and options. The 328i comes as a regular rear wheel drive or as 328xi all wheel drive model. BMWs xdrive system is able to adjust power separately between axles depending on need this is accomplished through the well known Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). BMW is utilizing a double pivot suspension to get the best handling possible on the new 3 series coupe. The sport package equipped vehicles come with 18” factory wheels and staggered setup.
